Justin Perkins
Legislative Affairs Manager
Justin Perkins is the Legislative Affairs Manager at the Center for Climate Integrity, where he oversees the development and execution of national state legislative strategy.
Before joining CCI in 2024, Justin spent several years in both houses of the New York State Legislature, where he shepherded multiple legislative campaigns and progressive reforms during his tenure. Prior to his legislative work, Justin worked on presidential and gubernatorial campaigns in New York and Connecticut.
Justin is currently based in Upstate New York.
