Lauren O'Brien

Lauren O'Brien is the Outreach & Engagement Lead for the Center for Climate Integrity, where she builds relationships with organizational partners and allies, and finds opportunities for CCI to engage in climate accountability education and advocacy — in person and virtually.

Lauren is a certified educator, experienced program administrator, community organizer, and campaign professional. She has worked for congressional and state campaigns, in constituent services for the New Jersey General Assembly, and led advocacy work with METAvivor Research and Support, and Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense.  

Lauren spent more than 15 years living abroad, is fluent in Spanish, and worked for 20 years in the field of education. She has a Masters degree in Theatre Education from New York University and lives in Union County, New Jersey.
