Latisha Bracy

Latisha is a seasoned government and community relations professional with over two decades of experience in the public and private sector. Before launching her own public relations, public affairs and project management consulting firm in 2019, she was Senior Public Affairs Specialist at a global company where she managed U.S. local government and media relations. Previously, she spent over 15 years working in the campaign and governmental offices for several United States Senators leading nonprofit, business and community outreach.
In addition to her consulting firm, Tish currently serves as an At Large Member of Wilmington City Council in Wilmington Delaware. She has been actively volunteering with community organizations such as the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and the Delta Outreach and Education Center. Tish is a TEDx Speaker, a 2014 graduate of Leadership Delaware and a 2017 Mandela Reciprocal Exchange Fellow where she traveled to the University of Botswana to facilitate a women n politics workshop.
Tish is a graduate of both Delaware State University and Wilmington University
