Andrea Marr is a Vice President at Willdan where she manages the company’s Industrial Energy group. Prior to joining Willdan, she worked at Regatta Solutions where helped develop energy efficiency and renewable energy projects across California, with an emphasis on resilient infrastructure. She began her energy career at McKinstry in Seattle, commissioning high performance buildings and green infrastructure.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from the US Naval Academy and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, where her final coursework focused on the progress of the US Green Building Council’s LEED Green Building program. She spent five years in the US Navy as Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear) and in 2013 received the Champion of Change Award from the White House for her work in energy as a veteran. In 2018, she was elected to the Costa Mesa City Council, where she currently serves as the Mayor Pro Tem.
