Anne Kaiser is an educator, wife, mother, and proud Democrat who represents District 14 in the Maryland House of Delegates. Anne was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2002, and was reelected in 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018, and 2022. In Annapolis, she serves on the Health and Government Operations Committee and the Rules and Executive Nominations Committee. She passionately advocates for working families, seniors, and students in Montgomery County and across the state. She is also a professor at the University of Maryland, College Park teaching courses on Women in Politics, Public Leadership, and Ethics and Moral Issues in Public Policy. Anne was raised in Rockville, Maryland and graduated from Rockville High School. She then attended the University of Chicago, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science in 1990. She then earned a master’s degree in Public Policy and a master’s degree in Educational Studies from the University of Michigan in 1995.
