State Representative Brian Munroe is in his first term representing the 144th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, which includes Warrington, Warminster, Ivyland, and parts of New Britain.
Rep. Munroe knows public service, as he began his career as a public servant at the age of 17, when he worked as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician. He soon enlisted in the United States Navy and then pursued work in law enforcement as a police officer in Radnor Township. He later was elected to a seat on the Warminster Township Board of Supervisors, where he focused on open space, green development, and aligning the structure, staffing, and training of the police department with the safety needs of the community. His strong ambition and commitment to public service led him to then secure an elected position as Clerk of Courts for Bucks County, a role he held prior to being elected as state representative.
Rep. Munroe’s legislative priorities reflects those of his district and include the right to clean air and water, accessible and affordable health care, reducing economic hardship for working families, leveling the playing field, and supporting our seniors, veterans, and law enforcement.
