Assemblywoman Gorelow is a native of Indiana, moved to Ohio as a teenager, and made Las Vegas her home in 1999. She graduated from Wilmington College in Wilmington, OH with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in Spanish. She received her Master’s in Education from the University of Phoenix in Las Vegas. She has her career in nonprofit, and has been an advocate for women and children's healthcare for over 20 years.. She met and married her husband shortly after moving to Las Vegas, and they have two teenagers kids, three cats, and a cockatiel. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading and traveling.
