Baltimore, MarylandCathi Forbes represents District 43B in the Maryland General Assembly, where she serves on the Appropriations Committee. As a Delegate, Cathi has consistently voted “on the right side of history” with regard to educational equity, social justice, the environment and access to quality health care. In addition to her role as a Delegate, Cathi is the Mediation Coordinator for the Orphans’ Court for Baltimore County. Cathi lives in Towson with her husband, John, their son Sam, and their dog Sparky. Their older son, Louie lives in Philadelphia.
